What is your return policy?

How quickly will I get my order?

Our goal is to ship out your order the same day you placed it, or at least the next business day. Shipping time estimates are visible at checkout.

How does shipping work?

We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) to all US locations and Canada, shipping rates are based on your location and the package weight. Once you reach the Checkout Shipping page you will be able to view shipping options and cost. Free shipping available on orders over $100 shipped to addresses in the United States.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), AFO/APO, and Canada.

Where do you ship from?

We ship orders from North Bend, Washington, USA.

What happens if I order something that is out of stock?

We carefully track inventory, and you will not be able to pay for/order more than our available quantity. No worries about back-orders or paying for out-of-stock items!

Do you ship to international locations?

We are currently shipping to US and Canada locations only. International shipping is not available at this time. Thank you for understanding.

How secure is your payment system?

All transactions are processed through Shopify (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal). The payment system we use has security features used by thousands of online retailers and is extremely secure.

Our business is exclusively online.
