Return Policy

We work really hard to ensure that our products are delivered as advertised and up to the quality that our guest demand. However, if you receive your order and it isn’t exactly what you need, we do offer returns. We are a small business and have put in a lot of thought into a return policy that is generous to our guest.

  • Returns are available within 30 days of purchase.
  • Available on unused products, in original packaging, and are resalable condition.
  • Refund eligible for product purchase price and sales tax (if applicable).
  • Shipping is not eligible for refund.
  • Refunds are not available for gift cards or store credit.

Return Process

Follow these quick steps to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

  • Complete our contact form and let us know you want to initiate a product return.
Include your order number, and a list of return products if you want a partial return on
your order.
  • Once received, you will receive a return approval or denial within 7 business days upon receipt of your return. If your return does not meet the requirements listed on the return policy. Our guest will be responsible for covering the cost of any returned items and any duties & taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Once we refund your payment, please allow up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed by your bank. If you have questions please contact us in advance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we can’t change or cancel an order after it's been shipped. You can, however, return the item to us as long as it meets our return policy standards. Thanks for your understanding.
